Service Ninja was created by Rob Matheny and Amy Matheny, two successful business owners. In 2000, released the book titled “Be a Service Ninja.” This book is a revolutionary guide to business coaching in the twenty-first century. Since the publishing of the book, Rob and Amy have been proud to help many business owners improve their companies. They created Service Ninja as a way to make a difference in the lives of other business owners and the people in the communities surrounding those businesses.

We’re able to get results because of our experience. Our founders, Rob and Amy, have a long history in the home service niche. After working in the HVAC industry, Rob branched out and built his own HVAC company. While the road wasn’t easy, Rob managed to grow his business with the help of his wife, Amy. Together, they became very successful.
Always wanting to give back, Amy and Rob decided to help other business owners. It all started with the book “Be a Service Ninja.” It offers time-honored tips and tricks for maximizing profit, increasing employee morale, and remembering to love the career you chose. But the book wasn’t enough. In an effort to help even more people, the duo created Service Ninja.
