Yes, we collect all payments prior to the first class. Then, we can focus on giving your business all the attention it deserves!
No, the path that you choose is your path. Each class teaches lessons that get harder as you go, but how you use those lessons is up to you. Everything we teach you in the first lesson is still used in the last lesson.
Results vary. With that said, some people double or triple their yearly revenue.
Our teachings apply mostly to service businesses.
A service business usually involves doing a skilled action for your customers that they typically can’t do themselves. For example, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Dog Grooming, and nail salons are all service businesses. They provide a service to people.

The book is the foundation for growth, while the classes expand and elaborate on the basics that were laid out in that book.

We only accept payments for coaching services. Otherwise, all other services are upfront and paid in full before starting.

We only offer refunds before the class begins. If you request a refund prior to the start date, there will be a 10% fee for stopping the classes.

Yes, there are two ways to do that. The first way is to call Service Ninja at (410) 599-3682 and set up an appointment with Robert. Then, he will come out to your business and hang out for the day.

The second is by using our most premium and most permanent service – The Ultimate Ninjatastic Weekend Makeover. This is where we get our experts together to come to you and makeover your business using the service ninja concepts. After six days, you get results. It’s called the weekend makeover because we arrive on Thursday night and start by making big changes on the weekend. Those changes carry over into the week.
